Comments: We actually had a variable-speed pump installed, not a heater. Steve does first-class work and actually upgraded the PVC plumbing by going to a larger size, using larger radius elbows and shorter, more direct runs, thereby reducing the overall fluid resistance and lowering the load on the pump, which should reduce the electric bill even more. The whole installation is more compact and better-looking than snarl of piping that was there before. He handled all the rebate paperwork and made the whole experience easy. He showed up on time and did a great job. Plus, his bid was the lowest! Highly recommended!

Comments: Apparently, no one loves the warm insulation of a jacuzzi more than a rat. Ew. Anyway, while making their nests, those pests chewed the wires in my electrical panel and my hot tub simply stopped heating. This is where Steve at Caribbean Pool Service and Repair comes in. He responded promptly to my service request, came out quickly, showed up when he said he would, and had my spa fixed up in no time. His rates were very reasonable and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. In fact, he even told me how to better insulate my tub so that my electric bill would go down. As service professionals go, this guy is one of the best!

He was extremely honest, forthright and knowledgeable, telling me that my jacuzzi's fiberglass could not be refinished. As he advised that no work be done on the jacuzzi, he did not charge for the service call. Now that's amazing these days!
